Lawyer, Graduated in Legal and Social Sciences from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Law School.

 

She has exercised her professional career providing legal advice to individuals and companies, Chilean and foreign, in matters pertaining to international commercial law, business law and immigration law. Likewise, she has worked as a lawyer and solicitor in prominent law firms in Chile and mining companies. Focusing her practice on procedures for migrating companies and citizens who migrate to Chile as well as those who wish to settle in other nations, such as North America, Asia and Europe.

Josefina focuses her practice on legal advice and comprehensive representation of companies and individuals, in matters of business law, tax, and immigration law.
