Lawyer, Master in Business Law LL.M. UC from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Graduate in Legal and Social Sciences from Universidad del Desarrollo Law School, summa cum laude.

He has excelled in his professional practice by providing comprehensive advice to individuals, financial institutions and companies (chilean and foreign) in matters related to real estate, banking and commercial law. He has also worked as a lawyer in national and international banking, as legal advisor to Santander Bank and Credit and Investments Bank (BCI), focusing his work in the area of corporate and regulatory law. He is currently a senior partner of the firm Schmitz Abogados and of counsel of Wolfenson. 

Benjamín focuses his practice on legal advice and comprehensive representation of companies and individuals in the areas of corporate, real estate, banking and international trade.
