Lawyer, Diploma in Tax Analysis and Planning from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Master in Economics and Environment from the Federal University of the State of Paraná, Brazil. Post graduate in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies.  Diploma in Negotiation and Formation of Contracts from Fundação Getulio Vargas, Brazil. Law degree from Centro Universitário Curitiba, Brazil.

 

She has developed her professional career providing legal advice for more than ten years in corporate law, national and international contracts between Chile, Brazil, United States and Europe. Also, in environmental projects, infrastructure and energy, and corporate compliance. He has been an active member of the Environmental Law Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association and the Environmental Parliamentary Front of the Brazilian National Congress. 

 

Camila focuses her practice on legal advice and representation of legal entities in Chile and abroad in corporate, tax, environmental, due diligence and capital markets matters.
