We must have a legal basis to process your data, and we do so when necessary to comply with our contractual or legal obligations or for the purposes of our legitimate interests.

Please do not use any information from this website to distribute unsolicited bulk email advertisements or solicitations. Any such use of the information constitutes a violation of these Terms of Use.

Transaction Policy: All national or international transactions made to Wolfenson Abogados for fees, amounts given in administration and/or intermediation, must consider and add the amounts associated with the payment of mandatory taxes in Chile. In particular, the monies sent must always consider (and at least provisionally) the Value Added Tax (VAT), whose current rate corresponds to date to 19%. Therefore, the amounts provided must include taxes and legal fees, empowering the firm to withhold the corresponding amounts, a matter that the client accepts when hiring the firm's services. In case of cancellation of a national or international transaction, the refund will be made in up to 12 installments at the firm's discretion.
